Well, we finally did it. VisualConfirm™, is no longer a concept. We have gone live. What started as just an idea over 3 years ago, has finally taken shape. Intended as a customer service tool to use with our Shipping Supply Business, Fastpack Packaging Inc, we have decided to share our tool with the world. Feel free to use it in your business. The current version is, and will always be free to use, so improve your customer service and send your customers VisualConfirm™ notifications. You’ll be glad you did. There are so many benefits to the small business owner/shipper, and the customer/receiver, I can’t list them here.
